How to beat laziness?
Man I need to do things...but It's so hard
answer:
Maybe you have a genetic preposition to this like excess weight, low metabolism, or just a really laid back persona, maybe nothings wrong with you at all. Not everyone was designed to be busy bees. Use the strengths you have. If it's sitting in front of a computer when your roof is falling in, maybe you need to not look as sitting in front of the computer as a lazy thing, but find a product you can sell on the computer. Or if it's tv, maybe you were intended to follow news and politics to get a better understanding of what's going on out there so you can be mayor of your town. Laziness to me is not something that is easy to define. What some consider lazy activity, would not apply to others. You have construction workers, you have people who write stories. You can wash dishes, or have paper plates so you can use the time to do something more suited to your gifts. Einstein "wasted" a lot of valuable time thinking about things, when others were out there getting it done so to say.
lol I know exactly how you feel.
Go out in the sun, it gives you vitamin D, which gives you energy. Therefore you'll have more energy to move, and try to eat an apple or something.
If you keep on sitting in a chair in front of the computer, it gives you no help.

the easiest way to overcome laziness is to get off your fat *** and do something....lol.... joking..... seriously..... try taking a walk..... don't have to have a destination....just walk....
Try doing things as if you are just playing a game. You will learn to love working with it after seeing what you have done.
