Why do i feel like vomiting and have a bit of diarrhea ?
I'm 13 years old and i feel like vomiting
It started yesterday and i couldn't sleep because i was scared i was going to vomit.
I haven't started my period yet...
And what can i do to stop this?

well hun, you could just have the flu thats going around. Did you eat anything weird? Or anything your not used to? I would just say to lay low. Snuggle up and watch movies..drink water (even though its hard to when you stomache hurts, it will help) maybe drink some ginger ale or sprite. Just try to sleep. Thats the best thing..If its not better in a while, talk to a parent( not like you've already done that :) Hope you feel better soon! :) I know how ya i feel, i just got over that.
