How can I get rid of hemorrhoids without medicine?

Cause I hate medicine and I want to avoid side effects at all costs..
my doctor recommended Miralax and a fiber pill along with lots of water and to lay in hot water for 10 minutes(can't do that.. little sister won't stop peeing in the tub) but i'd prefer something more natural..

The best thing for me is to go for long walks every day and they slowly shrink. Also you do need the fibre tablets with lots of water, they are so helpful too.
