i am about to take 3 hayfever tablets and it says only 1 a day :S xx what will this do to me ???

You really needed to include the name of the drug itself as there are dozens of antihistamines. However they are generally not particularly toxic.

If it says take 1 a day why are you gonna take 3? Seriously it's just plain stupid.
Well depending on what you're taking it may make you drowsy or have potentially worse side effects. Just don't do it.
