I have questions with a little TMI in it but can you help me?
I was told I have PCOS. PCOS women don’t ovulate but they still get their periods. Last time I didn’t ovulate, I didn’t have clots in my period. Its one of the reasons why I went to the doctor and she said that since I didn’t ovulate, the lining didn’t mature enough so the walls didn’t come down. I started drinking FertilAid since I want to have a baby but I thought I would stop for now until I see an OBGYN. When I stopped drinking the pills after drinking a whole bottle of 90 pills in like 4 weeks, my periods come down every 45 like it did before but I have no menstrual pain which for me is a blessing… Thank God! But lately, I have been passing the clots (TMI I know). Questions are:
1. Do you think I could be ovulating again?
2. I tend to feel the clots when they come out, do you feel them as well?

answer:
I am not a doctor, but you may not have an appointment with one anytime soon. But, you can definately leave your question with there receptionist, and she will have a nurse or the doctor him/herself call you back with the correct information you need. That way you won't be taking any advice from people on here that don't have your best intrest or are not a specialized doctor. Having a baby is a very important thing in a woman's life, I wouldn't risk your chance to have a baby by listening to someone who is only quessing from there personal experience, because everyones body is different, and I would assume only your doctor knows whats best for you. Good luck! :)
I don't know the answer to your first question but my periods have been clots since my daughter was born almost 2 years ago and I do feel them, its very uncomfortable.
having clots has nothing to do with ovulating. some girls have very light periods and no clots, such as my daughters. yet they do ovulate just the same. i on the other hand have had clots like hell won't have it. yes, i do feel the clots come out. very odd feeling. and there are a lot and vary in size. i don't think that your condition is one in which you can ovulate at all due to the lining in the walls. that they aren't mature one month and good to go and break down another month and not ovulate. let the doctors do what they can now, so that when the time comes for children your odds are better.
