Why are my boobs are so small.?
im 13 and i barely have any boobs. is there any drink or food or anything tht i can use to help them grow ? is it true tht milk makes them grow ?
answer:
if u want to find a remedy for bigger boobs
i will say try drinking a lot of milk u would see that u breast would start to pain you which is not usually a problem because the breast tissue is expanding
eating a lot of chicken and bread you eat them a lot but u need to do exercises too but make sure you don't over work your self
because too much exercise stops breast development
u need to also massage the area of the breast gently and you would see that it will start growing
also make sure that you eat food with starch in them because breast contain fatty tissues believe it or not!!!!
good luck
you can also try this remedy i do daily
1 glass of water
-teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-half teaspoon of sugar
i was an A cup i am now a B cup and i am 14year old
This is completely normal, When i was 13, (now 16) i had a flat chest and it really made me self concious, then i began my periods at 14, and had a really quick growth spurt, and now i'm carrying 34D's which are bigger than most of my friends to be honest.
Food won't change the growth, except milk for calcium and nails obviously, but nature will take it's course and your body will become more womanly as you get older i promise.
And if your just one of those girls who aren't big chested at the end of growing, then embrace it loads of models aren't big up there and still are paid thousands for how gorgeous they look! :)

Growing Woman.
milk doesn't make them grow. i'm 13 have been drinking milk a few times a day since i was born, probably. i don't have much of a chest, either. not even a 32a; basically a "training bra."

there is no right or wrong boob size, so don't worry; you and i'll probably grow lots still.

-you can wear tighter tops to kinda make ur boobs look bigger.
-you could wear a push-up bra, but then ppl will notice that your chest looks bigger when ur not in a swimsuit
-you can stuff your bra, which is a pretty bad idea since people usually find out and it doesn't look realistic.
-or you can make them want to look at some other part of you when they pass you in the hall or whatever. like maybe your face; wear makeup
I have a 13 year old sister who like you feels her boobs are too small and is not pleased with them. I don't think any drink will help them specifically grow, only time will. Continue to be nutritious and You will be healthy, Some people just have small boobs.

life experience.
Why? Yeah that is hard to know at 13.

Either because they haven't grown to full size yet - or because you are going to be a small breasted lady.

Both are fine, though - so please don't get "freaked out" about it. They are like they are supposed to be, no doubt ;o)
as you go through puberty your body will change. also everyone is different. and no there really isn't anything to help them grow. you are the way you are. and wait until your done going through puberty if you haven't yet, they may develop more. don't worry
Well little lady, it could be your genetic makeup. Time and patience is all there is. When you think about it, the bigger you are, the more you will sag when you get older. Just wait and see what happens when you go through puberty.
have you gotten your period yet?
once you get your period, you boobs sky rocket.
hahah.
milk doesn't make them grow.
it just depends on your genes & genetics.
It's all genetics. It has nothing to do with what you eat. You could try to gain weight and that might help. Milk will not make them grow.
Because your mam hates you.

She secretly uses voodoo when your asleep to keep them small.

I hear she really wanted a son!

Your mam's words of wisdom.
Haha- hun, once you're on your period. Your boobs go from 34a's to 34b's and so on lol.
I'm not even joking. I'm 12... I wear a 36b
