Help! I am tired of not having enough energy?
Recently i have no energy to do anything... any good ideas on supplments or things i can do to have some energy and go do things? thanks in advance.
answer:
Get enough vitamin D. Through drinking milk, sunlight or maybe a little bit of tanning or supplements. Take a cool shower in the morning. Go to bed early and wake up early. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Eat well. Lean meats fruits veggies and whole grains. Stay away from sugar. Eat things like bananas and eggs which give you a ton of energy. Don′t under or over sleep.
If you truly feel it's temporary or nothing too serious, try a Super B-Complex vitamin, or if you may be anemic, try taking iron (or get tested).

Being constantly exhausted is a good reason to visit your doc. He/she will probably ask you some questions first to see if you might be depressed. After that, bloodwork. Maybe check your iron levels and then your Thyroid. I went to the doc because I was soooo tired all the time and it turned out I was both anemic (iron deficient) AND had hypothyroidism. I got meds for both and it sounds really dumb, but it really did change my life. I have energy, lost weight, am happier, etc. Good luck!
Uncooked fruits, vegetables, and nuts provide lots of energy for your body! Eat plenty of them and you will be feeling rejuvenated. Also, getting enough exercise and sleep will help you during the day. The foods I have recommended are far safer than supplements. Your body will thank you.
try buying some B-12 vitamins at your local store. there is off brands that are really cheap. B vitamins help with energy metabolism, normal formation of blood cells and keeps your nervous system healthy. i also find it helps with nails, hair, and skin.
Have you been neglecting yourself ? You need a balanced diet to feel well! I dont eat red meat, and, as a substitute, I take 1 mulitivitimin and mineral tablet per day. You blood may have gone a bit low on iron, get your doc to test your blood. Merry Christmas good luck x
You can try getting some energy tablets from your local drug store, eat a balanced diet, Get plenty of sleep. But if this dosen't start working, it might be time to go see your doctor.
