Could heat be making me stomch cramps worse?
I have my period and it hurt so I bought some thermal heating pads and they worked for me all day, & I felt better than I usually do on my period, but I still have it on and now my stomach has aches in it. My cycle has been the same for a long time & I usually only have pain on the first day and the 3rd day, but I started yesterday & I still feel icky. Do you think it could be the heat pads because I've never used them before, but I feel so ick that Im scared if I take it off that I'll get nauseated like I usually am on the first day of my period. Do you think the heat pad is hurting me now?
answer: I don't. You do what your body and intuition tell you to do. I don't think taking the heat off will cause nausea. I really feel for you, Sweetie. Bad cramps are such a bummer!!
