Not eating requires a lot of control.
Don't freak out, go ahead and get your 3lbs and start eating healthy. If you can control yourself enough to lose weight (albeit in an unhealthy manner), then you can control yourself to maintain a healthy weight.
Food can easily be related to your emotional and mental well being, try going to a therapist and change your outlet to something less self-destructive (involving exercise can help, as it's both an outlet and good for you)
I'm not looking down on you in anyway and hopefully you'll agree that it's always best to involve professionals.

Hello, im also a recovering anorexic who has managed to balance my weight out healthily for about 5 months... You have managed to stop yourself from not eating or eating very little so think of your binge eating as a starting point...The key is to plan your meals ie Breakfast, Lunch, dinner and snacks between to keep your stomach satisfied throughout the day..it will take a lot of pushing yourself to be able to do this and you will slowly become used to eating healthily and in proportionate quantities.
I'd also advise you to drink a lot of water which has helped me a lot because it helps your body let go of any retaining water which will make you feel less bloated at times..i drink about 4 pints a day.
Hope this has been of some use to you :D
