Make sure your hands are clean: Flip your upper eye lid over your lower. If it doesn't work the first time, roll your eye around and try again. It will come out sooner than you think.

Remove your eyeball intact with an x-acto knife and remove the eyelash. Then reaffix the eyeball using Elmer's glue in the eye socket.
Get a cotton swab, wet it and keep your eye open as you locate the eyelash then swoop it out. I have dark dark eyes, so it sucks for me to locate the darn thing.

Lift your top eye lid over your bottom, and just let go. The top eyelid should go back up to its original position and get whatever is in your eye out.
Put several drops of eye-drops in yr eye and watch in the mirror, when you see it come up to the surface, carefully flick it off. Make sure your hands are clean. Don't rub your eye or use tissue. If you scratch yr eye, very painful.

Jam your index finger in, and, granted that your fingernails have elongated to a nice extent, simply dig it out with said fingernail.
