Left contacts outside...are they safe?
I thought I had lost a box containing my contact lenses during my recent move. I just found the box had been put under my grill and covered by the grill cover. It has been sitting outside in hot, humid Georgia weather for 2 months. They are still sealed in their cases, but I'm not sure if they are safe to wear or not. Any thoughts?

answer:
I'd think that as long as they were sealed they'd be okay...
The heat thing might have been a problem though.
I'd just call your optometrist.

As long as you don't see any physical damage, your contacts should be safe to wear! But, when you put them on, if they feel funny take them out. They could damage your eye.
