Contact lenses Question...?

Contact lenses Question...?
Last week I had an appointment, in which I said that I felt my right eye was becoming weaker. So the opticion changed my prescription and I recieved a trail pair today to try. But when I looked at the numbers, (sorry I really don't know much about vision so I shall just copy what is on the box) something seemed wrong.

Here is last months set :
L - -0.25/ -1.25 x 160
R - -1.25/ -1.25 x 180

Here is the trial set
L - -1.25/ -1.25x180
R - -0.25/ -1.75 x 170

To me it seems as though one of the sets has been marked wrong but my eyesight does seem better. Is there possibly a mistake or has my prescription completely changed?
Also, my right eye is my weaker eye if that helps.

answer:
That's quite confusing.

One set or the other was marked wrong it looks like. The right and left are reversed.

With your new trials, the strongest lens is the left one now , but it was the right one before.

You should call the Doc back and have them verify from the actual prescription which one should be right and which is left.
