What should an 18year old eat?
Ok i'm 6'4 1.93m and ive just turned 18 and i know i wont grow by just eating things but i was just wondering if there are certain things i should do to help support my growth. I just want to grow a few more inches for my basktball.

Well your diet WILL massively affect your growth rate. Under-nourished children do tend to reach a smaller maximum height. At 18 you still have a few years of growth left in you so you're asking a very reasonable and responsible question.
First off, the problem we have in the western world is not the quantity but the quality of our diet. If I could go back in time and advise myself at your age I'd say:
Eat a balance of protein, carbohydrates and fresh fruit and vegetables. Calcium (found in cheese and milk and other dairy products) is vital for healthy bones which, let's face it, have a lot of body to hold up at 6'4 and possibly taller!
As an athlete, you will need more protein than most to build up those muscles but it can be found in nuts and beans and not just meat. Adequate fibre is vital too, especially if you are eating more because you're tall and very active. If you drink alcohol, keeping it to a moderate level until you've stopped growing might be a good idea too. But if you're planning on making it to the top, cutting out alcohol is one of those sacrifices you may have to face. It's your choice and I can't preach because at 18 years old, I drank way too much.
You sound like a very mature guy for asking for advice and 6'4 is, as you know, already way above average. But there are plenty of sportsmen and women who are better than taller athletes simply because they train harder and have more mental toughness too.
So there's no real specific "basketball" diet to recommend but simply eat enough, not too much but all in balance.

Just life experience. Wishing I'd been fed more and better quality food when I was young as I'm now only 5'7 and found out way too late how diet affects growth!
You're already well above average, and at 18 it's unlikely you'll grow any more. There is nothing to eat that will help you, so just eat a good balanced diet and you'll be fine.

There isn't foods that make you grow! But you are a growing man, so eat as much as you want. And since your tall... it shouldn't make you gain any chubb! :p JUST EAT. but don't go crazy on tha bad ****.
