Everytime i try to jack off i have to pee, is this normal for a 13 year old?
I have tried a few times even with vegetable oil but nothing ever comes out, i just have to pee after i try, please don't make fun of me and help!

Your body is probably not ready to ejaculate yet – I couldn't at 13 - you may have to wait for a year or two. Just continue jacking off, and don't worry about peeing aftwerwards – your body will sort that out too, when it's ready. There's lots of helpful information on jackinworld e.g.
