mine has been aching for days too. actually throbbing. when i take two advil it goes a away. I think i have tendonitis.

it would help to know were exactly... Knowing u it could be carple tunnle but to answer your question when I fractured my toe it swole and I wasn't able to move it. The pain is sharp? Try looking up ergonomics.

Well if you can't move your fingers then probably. But better safe then sorry so get it x rayed hope ur okay !
