anyone hve any tips to get to sleep when you feel likes this i have managed to get 45 mins sleep in 3 days

You have to see an ENT, you may have a bad infection which could damage your ear and loose hearing. You need some antibiotic. I can tell you can buy a tea called 7 Blossom that put you to sleep. However, sleeping is not going to help you with the pain. You have to get to the root of the problem. Don't wait so long, I did that once and I ended up having ear surgery. I had water in my ear and not matter how many antibiotic they gave me helped at all. I hope you get better and see a doctor.
Why not go to a doctor and get the treatment you need? Ear pain usuallly indicates a bacterial infection that is treated with anitbiotics. If left untreated, it might cause permanent damage.
