Does this diet sound healty?
Ok so I'm an 8th grader this year and I'm over 170 pounds and I have strech marks and my love handels, out and inner thigs, and around my armpits. I get made fun of a lot, I haven't had a bf since I was in 6th grade when I was skinnier. And I don't have many friends cause of this. And I don't have that space between my legs like skinny girls. So I was thinking of just eating carrots, celery, watermelon, and green beans with water, juice, pepsi, and/or red bull. So I'm basically starving myself. Cause I want to lose 50 lbs in one month when I start school.if its not that healty idc cause I am very obese and I act like I don't notice/caqre but I think about my weight constantly and I am a vegetarian and lost 10 lbs (I used to be 180 lbs. YIKES!) P.S. I will also work out, such as sitt up, tredmil, jogging/running, bike riding, roller blading/ice skating, walking a dog, trampoline, ETC. If anyojne has other idea leave a comment. THANKS!<33 xoxo
the diet does not sound like a good idea.. i think you will just be constantly hungry and any weight you do loose will quickly come back two-fold. you can eat substantial meals just watch your portions, eat lots of proteins and avoid foods with high sugar contents but defiantly do not cut out carbohydrates.. i would cut out the juice, pepsi and red bull all together, all verrrry high in sugar, juice is basically fruit with all the goodness of its fibre gone and all the bad sugar left. most girls have stretch marks, i certainly had, after a while they fade and are hardly noticeable. make sure you engage in exercise you actually enjoy, otherwise you wont have the motivation to get going..

once you get into a routine, its so easy to follow healthy lifestyle!
