How much weight would I lose...?
I'm 14 and a half, around 164 cm, and 53 kg. I want to get to 48 kg, and for the last 3 weeks of the holidays I'm gonna do this to lose the weight I put on this year:
Calories: 1200 a day
Sport a day: 20 minute jog
30 minutes on stationary bike
50 crunches and other toning exercises
Would that be a good way to lose weight, and how much would I lose per week do you think??
Thanks :)

that would probably be fine but you don't need to loose weight, your perfectly fine!
Yeah you would lose weight; don't go under 1200 calories though... you are already borderline on too few in my opinion for as much cardio as you'll be doing.
As for how much, it is hard to say with not knowing your metabolic rate, current activity level, etc. Just be sure to aim for NO MORE than two lbs (sorry don't know kg) per week. Any more than that and you're losing excess muscle tissue, which you want to keep. One lb each week would be better.
Weigh yourself once a week at about the same time of day to keep track , as most peoples' weight fluctuates some day to day and at different times of day.
