-Colgate Total toothpaste.
-Dental Frost.
-Listerine whitening.
Each morning make sure you have dental frost and Listerine Brush you teeth carefully up and down from you teeth up,behind your teeth,and below, do the same for your down tooth also. and then rinse your mouth with Listerine for about 30 sec spreaded in your mouth areas as much as possible. Stop smoking, brush your teeth with regular toothpaste on a regular basis.
Don't use those gimmicky toothpastes or strips on your teeth. You might get them whiter, but at the price of damaging your teeth. That means you'll be in pain in a few years and may have to get dentures.

getting it done professionally by a dentist will be most effective. But it is horribly overpriced. Some over the counter products are pretty good, but you have to keep using them or the white will fade. Also the people who say just brush, don't know anything, because if you already have the stains, brushing a lot will not remove them, it just prevents more from happening
I did "Zoom" @ the dentist & Crest Strips @ home. Consumer Reports said the Crest product was almost as good as the dentist. I DO agree. I got nearly the same result for hundreds of dollars less. Either one WILL make your teeth very sensitive/painful for a few days afterward (so don't be surprised.) Good luck :)

The dentist is the best way as they give you the application in the office. The best way however is veneers as many actors and models get.

My friend told me putting a thin layer of aluminum foil around your teeth helps
put baking soda on your toothpaste or salt or something.
