What should I use for a bottom tray for whitening teeth?

I have a plastic tray (in the form of my top teeth) that I will use for whitening my teeth by putting whitening gel inside of it and wearing it in the shower. I do not have a bottom tray and I was wondering how to use the gel on the bottom teeth.

I was thinking maybe a football guard and forming it. And I do not want to get a tray for my bottom teeth either

A good friend of mine (who happens to be a doctor) gave me the cheapest and easiest tooth whitening remedy ever, that doesn't include gel! Go to a health food type store, and buy liquid calcium. I can't remember the percentage, but it's like 80-90% of adults don't get enough calcium as it is. You only need maybe 1 to 3 teaspoons of this stuff per day and your teeth will whiten up like you wouldn't believe! Your nails and bones will both become noticeably stronger as well.

Just a suggestion...

Either get a custom tray made for the lowers, or don't waste your time and money by trying to place the material in an athletic mouth guard.
