Is it bad to play with your tongue ring with your teeth?
I have heard it is, and i,ve tried to stop but I don't really pay attention to it. Will it ruin my teeth.

it can, overtime the enamel can get scratched and your teeth can become overly sensitive and painful. Especially if the stud is metal
yeah if you have a metal ball on the end i would suggest on getting that changed to rubber...over time your teeth will become cracked on the edges of them and in some severe cases it looks like an open bite because the teeth are so cracked off.
