After braces information?
Ok, I am getting braces today. Its not the kind that kids usually have though. They don't have the colored bands or anything, but it isn't invisiline either, also you don't have to get them tightened every month!!!! HAHAHA. So yeah, if anybody had those:
Is it hard to eat regular food?
Do the make ur mouth hurt?
How long do they hurt after wards? (I hope not long, I have a party on saturday)

I had regular braces for just over 2 years when I was a teenager and it's a lot easier than it sounds.
Your mouth doesn't hurt much at all. The only time it ever hurts is when you accidentally bite the inside of your cheek while you're eating, but that doesn't happen often once you get the hang of eating with braces.
Brushing is also easy, you basically brush like you regularly do, you just have to make sure you don't have food caught in between your braces.
There are 3 rules to remember:
1. ALWAYS ALWAYS keep your teeth clean.
2. NEVER eat anything with toffee.
3. Don't bite into anything hard like carrots or apples. If you want to eat this kind of food, cut it up into slices/chunks first.
Having braces might seem like a bit of a hassle at first but trust me, IT IS WORTH IT in the long run. Once they eventually come off you will be AMAZED at what the results are! My friends all tell me that I have a STUNNING smile!
Helpful hint: get a small toothbrush and small tube of toothpaste and carry them with you in your pocket. Very useful if you eat while you're out or go to a restaurant.

Is it hard to eat regular food? No, not after the first couple of days. I ate soft food for the first couple days.
Do they make ur mouth hurt? It doesnt hurt its more of a tight feeling
How long do they hurt after wards? that tight feeling lasts a few days, your gums might be sore from the brackets but it wont last long!
Is it hard to brush ur teeth? Its not hard, but it takes more time. They will give you tips and a bunch of things that help when cleaning your teeth so you will be very informed. ask questions! its very important to keep them clean!

it might hurt, the pain eventually goes away so i've heard, it's hard to brush at first and also you can't eat just anything, there's certain foods the orthodontist will tell you not to eat.
