what to use for a massage?
I wanna give my friend a massage and I'm not sure what to use (i.e. lotion or oil) I want it to be nice but I also want her to be able to put her shirt back on right after and i heard oil is messy, but lotion rubs in and i want it to last awhile. Plus if you know a good brand or sent to u that would really help.

You can use any oil - the trick is not to lube her up like an ear of corn....the point is to reduce friction, but still have some traction so you can knead muscle....
But - when in doubt, keep an old towel handy to rub off the excess....
