Orgasms relieve cramps. It really does work.
what kind of cramps?
Period cramps? Bananas won't work for that.
a hot water bottle placed on your tummy or give yourself an orgasm and take some tylenol.
Bananas(or specifically potassium) are good for muscle cramps or what some folks call charlie horses. When it is very hot, like it has been, you need to eat at least 3-4 bananas a day and drink plenty of water too.
Orange juice and yogurt are also a great source of potassium and stay hydrated.
Stomach cramps, as in bowels?
Maybe yogurt but I would be more concerned about where exactly the cramps are as you could be having an appendix attack.
Or bowel obstruction.
you need to be more clear as to where your cramps are.

Heat compress, magnesium and grape seeds will help with bloating and cramps. The heating pads that stick to your underwear work great.
