Look at this site for vitamins:

In case you are interested in minerals too, here is a pretty good site:

You might find ones you like even better with a simple search.

You can always go for a Multi-Vitamin Supplement which saves time having to buy each and every food item. The extra beenfit is that the multi-vitamin will have more of the req. vitamin than the actual food item which may require multiple servings
Not sure if the "A","B","C", etc stand for. I dont think they stand for anything...just an identifier. It's like naming people..just a way of identifying that unique thing which has no underlining meaning.

They were named in the order that they were discovered...A being the first...then B, then C, and then they discovered a couple more that chemically were almost identical to B, so they renamed B as B1 and then added B2 and B3...then vitamin D, then E....etc....
Its just the system for which they were ordered. Each one also has a name....sometimes a couple of names actually...there are two types of vitamin A (retinyl palmitate was the first one...years later they discovered that two molecules if the stuff stuck together is what makes Beta Carotene, the second form of vitamin A)

Various vitamins can usually be obtained from food and since the body needs them but doesn't create them, you are asking an important question. Unfortunately, our common foods are often lacking in essential vitamins and this is PROVEN via USDA nutrient content studies and the short video link below.

Commonly purchased synthetic vitamin supplements do little for human health so I encourage you to get these videos and be informed before you buy. Best Wishes!
