I started drinking wine a couple weeks ago?
I drink one glass night. But first let me give you a little background. I am 39 and I am over weight, I have high blood pressure and have sleep apnea. I have felt like crap for several years. I would never feel like I was rested at all and never felt like doing anything. Now back to the wine. Like I said I have had a glass of wine for two weeks now every night. Since then I have awaken feeling refreshed. I used to wake up 4 to 5 times a night to use the bathroom. Now I might wake up once to use it. Also my appetite is not as big. I don't know if I have lost pounds but my pants fit loser. I used to want to snack all the time but now 3 meals seem to be plenty. I feel like going out and playing with my kids. I don't know if my blood pressure has changed because I still take my meds but I am thinking of going to my doctor and asking if I might try it without it. Anyway my question is: Is there any proven documented research that agrees with what has been happening to me with my new wine drinking scedule. And by the way I drink grape concord wine sometimes port and sometimes table. I would love any and all feedback.....Thank you

Wine is an excellent source of antioxidants if you keep drinking in moderation. People all over the world have been drinking wine on a daily basis for centuries and have lived longer and healthier lives and what really matter is that you feel awesome so keep it up!
I haven't seen research like that myself, however, if you're feeling good and its not hurting anyone I say do it!
Life is a long and unexpected affair, I believe that if you're doing what you want and it makes you feel good then its probably not so bad. Everything should be done in moderations, however. Even too much Vitamin C I hear can be bad for you.

Hi, I tried this new diet supplement from http://napust.easyhealthydiet.info. They have a risk free trial on right now. What it does, is clean out your insides, there can be as much as 20 lbs in there, and no amount of dieting and exercising is about to rid you of it. Give it a go - I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!
